We believe it’s extremely important to operate a socially responsible and transparent business that gives back wherever possible and in multiple areas.
We’re fully committed to operating our business in as sustainable a manner as possible, by carefully monitoring our impact on the environment and implementing procedures to reduce the unnecessary use of natural resources.
To this end, we’ve implemented a list of practical steps that can be followed to conserve resources and minimise our consumption on a daily basis. These include operating a paperless office, recycling, and ensuring that all staff turn their computers off at the end of each day.
We are also an equal opportunities employer and we ensure that no one receives less favourable treatment on the grounds of race, sexual orientation, age or disability. Diversity is crucial to our business and we make sure that we take every opportunity to promote and maximise it.
Finally it’s important to us that we put back into our community. Each year, in every country that we are based, we nominate a new local charity, with money raised throughout the year going to those organisations. Over recent years we have taken part in several charitable fundraising events to support these causes including running marathons in support of a children’s charity, and spending a night sleeping on the streets of Leeds in support of homeless charity Simon on the Streets.
Here are some of the ways we’ve helped local charities
