Our bespoke web-based platform, GloZone, a centralised customer portal, interlinking translation and transcription software, accounting and finance and our quality management systems using APIs. This creates a portal through which all of our clients and suppliers can access their projects in real time, tracking progress from the moment an order is placed, right through to invoicing.
Clients can ask for quotes, issue orders, track projects and securely upload and download project files. Automatic notifications via email are generated upon receipt of files and a dashboard provides project managers with an overview of key project information.
GloZone is designed to automate workflows and improve the operational efficiency of language projects, while at the same time providing our customers with greater visibility on their activity.
