Our bespoke online translation quote system enables you to receive details of how much your translation will cost in seconds. As well as being able to enter a word count you can also upload your documents and have them word counted in seconds. The system can count; Word, Text and PDF files (with selectable text).

We use this word count in conjunction with the language pairs you select to create your translation quote. We also take into account any proofreading or technical language, which will require translators with specialist knowledge.

Online translation services quotes

If you are happy with the translation quote you can pay for it online too, using your credit card or PayPal account. The website will also let you know a deadline for delivery.

Once we receive your word count or documents for translation, one of our dedicated translation sales team will contact you to ask further questions about your translation project. At this stage if you haven’t uploaded your documents, we’ll ask you to supply them to us, so that we can run them through our Translation Memory software to see if we can identify any savings due to repetition of phrases in your document.

We’ll also ask what the final intended use of your document is. So if you have a Desktop Publishing file which needs to be ready for print, once it’s been translated, we can handle that for you. If you have sets of PowerPoint slides, we can ensure they display correctly once translated. All of these options will be discussed with you, before we provide you will your translation services quote, this ensures we provide you with the best possible price and quality.

Our standards are set by you. To ensure we deliver the best possible translation service as well as customer service we constantly monitor what you think. We do this by sending a link to a short questionnaire when we deliver projects to you. Currently our customers score us 9.25 out of 10. We’re trying hard to make that as close to 10 as possible.
