• A certified translation contains a statement from the translator that the translation is a true, accurate and correct rendering of the original document.
  
• A notarised translation is a certified translation with the translator’s statement notarised by a notary public, attesting that the translator believes the target-language text to be an accurate and complete translation of the source-language text.
