Case Study: Specialist HR Translation

Our client, the HR department of a blue-chip IT consultancy, was planning a major restructuring of its European workforce. Affecting over 5,000 employees, all existing job descriptions, line reports and competencies would be rewritten. This would be consolidated in a matrix document, which had to be translated from English into four languages. The style of the matrix document called for translators skilled in word processing as well as the complex terminology.
