Global Lingo ensures effective project management for large translations through:

• Consistency. If the project is multi faceted, the end product will be of a higher quality if all your translations (presentations, slides, agendas, reports, etc.) are managed in an integrated fashion. Global Lingo will compile a glossary of terms specifically for your company, update it as needed, and guarantee uniform quality throughout your translations year after year.

• Communication. One of the most difficult problems in translation project management is deciding whether to start the translation process before all the elements of the project have been approved and finalised internally. On the one hand, the translation will be completed sooner; on the other hand, frequent changes to the text can be costly. Global Lingo will support you at every step to ensure that the project is completed as efficiently as possible.

• Budgeting. Creating a budget for a complex translation project can be difficult, especially if you will also require localisation, desktop publishing, etc. As part of our service, we will provide a comprehensive line-by-line budget for your project. Once agreed, Global Lingo commits to this budget so you will never have cost overruns to worry about.

• Selection. With a worldwide network of experienced and qualified professional translators, Global Lingo will always ensure that the right people are working on your project. We can provide translators to cover all specialist fields, working to and from any language you require.

Our translators tend to be able to translate between 1,500 and 2,500 words per day, which equates to roughly 3 to 5 pages. If you require a more rapid turnaround, then we will use several translators on your project. To maintain consistency in style, one of our translation project managers will oversee all the work.
