After the audio transcript has been typed, it is then checked against the video version to ensure that all speakers have been captured. Our transcripts are then quality-assured and delivered on time. Depending on the nature of your final use for the transcript, we can produce anything from a verbatim document which includes “ums” and “aahs” to a more polished and tidied up document.
