Order received by dedicated Project Manager, either via email or through our GloZone client portal.

Confirmation provided to client via email.

Dedicated Project Manager gathers all relevant details:length of audio, names of speakers, subject matter, useful terminology and the turnaround requited.

Project Manager will sample the audio, and confirm audio length and quality to the customer, addressing any questions or concerns at this time.

Transcriber(s) is assigned from pool of suitable transcribers, selected based on specialism, experience, suitability to audio quality and accents used.

Transcriber produces the transcript from audio recordings, according to the style and formatting guidelines and in specified template.

Transcriber(s) submit transcript for review to the Global Lingo Quality Control team. Transcript submitted to full quality control checks to ensure quality and accuracy. Final transcript securely delivered to client either via email or the GloZone platform, within the specified deadline.

Transcription Project Workflow

Project Manager will seek feedback on Global Lingo’s transcript and process. Any project-specific amendments will be applied with 24 hours of receiving the request. The transcriber(s) will also be provided with detailed feedback to ensure continuous service improvement.
