Despite talk of a lack of business confidence in the UK, uncertainty caused by Brexit and a hung Parliament, the first two quarters of 2017 have been outstanding, with Q2 being the most successful in Global Lingo’s history. Although, like all international businesses, we are faced with the challenge of currency exchange rates, it is pleasing to see new customers choosing Global Lingo as their preferred Language Services Provider.
As mentioned in my opening comments for the 2017 Winter Newsletter, we are in the process of rebranding our image and revamping our website. We launched the new site at the beginning of July and we have shared some images on the following pages showcasing some of the improvements.
Above everything, we want our site to be user friendly and for the content to clearly communicate our value proposition, so our customers can see what we do, how we do it and what their industry peers think about us. In our upcoming Summer Newsletter, we talk more about the enhancements made to our GloZone system and improved access for our customers to project content and management information. We have made onsiderable
investment in the platform to ensure that we continually improve our customer experience.
We have made some exciting new hires in the first half of the year and you will find some additional information contained herein – welcome to all our new joiners!
