English and foreign language transcription

Global Lingo provide bespoke English-language and foreign-language transcription services to InterCall’s Asia-Pacific regional offices. Working from audio recordings uploaded to our internal secure upload site, our team of experienced writers and editors work together to create a finished document which is of the highest quality and specifically tailored to the needs of the client.

Projects are managed across multiple time zones, giving InterCall the freedom to upload projects to us at any time of the day or night with the confidence that they will be taken care of.

With a broad range of clients to support, InterCall necessarily require a range of turnaround times on the transcripts we provide to them. The transcripts are typically returned within 44, 20 or 8 hours, though there have been a number of occasions where Global Lingo successfully worked to have them turned around within 3-4 hours.

Multi-lingual transcription service

In addition, some conferences are multilingual in nature, containing both English- and Mandarin-speaking participants. Such projects require careful collaboration between the transcription and translation divisions of the business, and often between the offices of Singapore and the UK.
