Challenge

Global Lingo has been partnering with Inbox Insight for over a year. Through this partnership, we assist Inbox Insight with the delivery of their customers’ thought leadership content to senior decision makers within IT, HR, Marketing, Finance, Sales and Business Management across EMEA.

Inbox Insight was looking for a partner that could offer exceptional service delivery, and provide accurate and credible translation of their advertorials.

Given that Inbox Insight’s email bulletins are scheduled weekly, we sought to provide a content management solution that would best suit their ongoing translation needs. As a result, we have switched from a project-per-request approach, favoured during the initial stages of our collaboration, to a weekly open-file project approach.

The challenge for Global Lingo was to find an efficient way to manage content that arrived in multiple batches during the course of any one week. After assigning a dedicated Project Manager to Inbox Insight, Global Lingo designed a process that works for all their required language combinations, improving efficiencies and controlling costs.

Solution

As a result of the improved process, Global Lingo has absorbed Inbox Insight’s consistently increasing translation requirements, which now includes larger and more complex projects across multiple EMEA regions.
