Electronic Presentation of Evidence

The Electronic Presentation of Evidence (EPE) in court requires the dynamic transfer of raw data and the written word into a format that can be presented to a judge and jury clearly and concisely.

EPE requirements include the cataloguing of various forms of material, usually against a timeline to enable evidence to be presented in court, generally in a chronological order in relation to various defendants.

Global Lingo has the expertise and experience to complement existing and bespoke software used in the presentation of EPE in legal proceedings.

The evidential material in a case will depend on factors unique to that case but could include one or all of the following:

  • Documents
  • Photographs
  • Moving-image presentations, such as CCTV, video, mobile-phone pictures
  • Audio files
  • Maps
  • Graphics and expert evidence
  • Cell site / route analysis mapping
  • Virtual tour technology
  • Moving image enhancement, e.g. circling a suspect
  • Pixilation and voice distortion to ensure witness anonymity
  • Complex i2 analyst charts
