Translators must:
- Have at least 3 years’ full-time experience
- Work exclusively into their mother tongue
- Preferably have an undergraduate degree in languages and a qualification in translation/interpreting
- Preferably be a member of a professional body like the Institute of Translation and Interpreting (ITI) or the Institute of Linguists (IoL)
- Have at least two professional references
